Thank you for visiting my site. I created this place as a way to share what I've learned as a working professional in non-profit management of arts and cultural institutions. I think it is an invaluable opportunity to learn and share experiences with leaders in this sector, both good and bad. Ultimately, this can only benefit the communities we serve and further the mission of what we do.

I founded Deckard Consulting Group, LLC in 2015 as a forum for sharing my experiences with other leaders and providing management consulting services to other non-profit executives and board members. My goal is to help arts organizations see their visions come to life and ensure their organizations thrive within their communities.

I hope that you find my content relate-able and helpful to you and your organization. If you are interest in talking with me or learning more you can contact me by clicking on "Contact" at the top of the navigation bar.
